has anyone booked someone outside of the guy the resort uses for photography? I know alot of the packages come with pictures and I was just wondering if choose to have an outside photographer do you wedding what happens with the package photographer?

I booked someone else. Ana told me that they cannot make any substitutions with the packages but she told me I might be able to get more video in place of the photographer. It really stinks that the packages are so not flexible because it is so much more to do things individually, yet there is a lot of stuff that I don't want or need in the packages

has everyone (or anyone) decided on their bridesmaid dress colour? Now that I see the flower options I am not sure what colour I should be thinking...any suggestions?

for those of you that put a deposit down how did you do that? did you just email a credit card (not sure i REALLY want to do that) or call or what?

Ana sent me a form to fill out- I emailed that back to her, with a copy of the front and back of the credit card (and DL I think)- that was all she needed for my deposit.

 

As far as the photographer- I hired Samuel Luna- we are having him stay at the hotel so we can do a TTD the next morning, so I was told we woudln't have to pay the vendor fee.

We just got our confirmation for October 28 2010. I'm so excited. We just had to copy the front and back of the credit card and also the drivers license of whose ever card it is. Ana also sent my wedding planner here the form for me to fill out.
