That's funny because I used to get really excited and then really panicked and for some strange reason for the last three weeks it's been all out panic and meltdown mode! AHHHH I keep promising myself that once I get to Mexico I will let go and relax and not worry about anything.

I am getting married August 8! It's coming up qiuickly! I will be getting my hair and makeup done at the spa. I am so picky about those things and was wondering if anyone knows how the stylists are at the spa.

My TA contacted Ana and had this answered for me. The round tables are 5.25 ft in diameter and 3.96 in height. the buffet tables are 5 ft. I am not sure about the sweetheart table. I ordered my overlays and they are 72x72 for the round.

The pricing of bouquets and centerpieces will depend on what flowers you want. The "included bouquet options" Ana sends out are examples of flowers that are in season all year round (included with the Dreams, Love, or Ultimate Package). If you like the flowers in those bouquets, but not necessarily the way they are arranged, I'm sure Ana will be able to re-arrange or do something different for you. If you want what's considered an exotic flower (for example, I know that white caly-lillies are available all year, but all other colors are considered "exotics"), then there will be a charge. I imagine pricing will differ, depending on which flowers you want. Hope this info is somewhat helpful. You'd need to tell Ana what colors of which flowers you want (if you don't see them in the 'included bouquets') and unfortunately get pricing from her. Unless there is a bride out there who paid for special flower arrangements and can share pricing info??

Does anyone know where to find linen pants for boys? I'm having such a hard time locating some at the end of summer

 

When I booked my date with Ana she sent me a contract and it had my makeup and hair suggested appointment time (ceremony at 6, hair and make up at 2). Does this mean this is my actual appointment or do I need to go ahead and book that myself?

 

Also, my TA contacted the resort about the free nights with 6 rooms being booked. She said that she has to submit all the info the week before and then she'll find out what we get.

Does anyone know how this works? We are staying for a week, but 3 are staying 4 nights, 1 staying for 3 nights, and 1 staying for 6 nights.

How do we get comped if we've already paid thru our TA? She doesn't have the details of how this works.

from what my ta told me, i think you would get credit for 3 nights because that is the least number since they aren't all the same. you should tell your ta you want a check for that amount (crediit for 3 nights) then you can do with it what you want. pretty sure that is how it works.

My TA said that we would get credit for the number of days the "majority" of our party stayed for. But she said to keep in mind that it's not necessarily what we would think it would be because it doesn't include the price of the taxes/transfers that are lumped in with the quote for a 4 day stay for example.

I think I'll get more excited once it gets a little closer. There has been so much going on. Just got back from my bachelorette party in Vegas last weekend and then our legal ceremony is at the end of the month. Once all of that is over, then I'll be able to start really getting focused and excited about Mexico!
