I also received my contract today! It is a bit confusing but I hope to get it all straightened out in the next few days!!!

I would love to see these documents. Would you be able to email me? I will send you a private message with my email address.

Ana kept telling me that she was working on it and I just kept emailing her. Be persistent... sometimes I think some emails get lost in the cracks sad.gif

I know she is probably super busy but if it has been over a week you should email her again.

Okay new concern for me not sure if anyone of you have thought about this yet.

I am thinking about doing the reception on the beach. By wedding is at 6 which I am hoping I am going to be able to move it up to 5. But my concern is that it is going to be really dark on the beach during the reception. I am assuming that they will have lighting but I wonder how much. I would hate to all be sitting at tables in the dark with a couple of spot lights up. Anyone have any ideas how this all works out?

oops forgot my next question... i'm curious about the whole travel agent predicament. what were your reasoning for using or not using one? were you able to save money? did they help with wedding coordination?? i have never used one before and don't even know how to find a good one if i wanted too!

I mainly used a travel agent to help me find a resort that had a wedding package that I liked and was within the price range I was looking for for my guests. My travel agent contacted all of the different resorts and when we decided on dreams, she contacted the wedding coordinator to get more specific questions answered and to obtain the contract. She has been a lot of help. Hopefully my guests will contact her when they are ready to book their travel.
