What a great choice! We too are going to Europe, but we have decided on Italy. We are waiting until August to go (I am fortunately a teacher and have all summer off). We have the Mexico wedding in June, AHR in July and honeymoon in August. We didnt want tropical either.... we will get that at the wedding!

I am officially part of the group now. We just confirmed our wedding date for 12/12/10! YAY!! We are so excited.

- Pictures were a huge deal for me too, Elizabeth is probably double what we had in our 'budget' is there really such a thing, ours is twice what the FI had though it would be and we are not even done yet, yikes!

- Oh fun, we arrive on Nov 14th, and will be at Secrets Maroma from Nov 18th to the 28th - hope to see you there!

Boo - I love Elizabeth Medina's work! I'm trying to figure out if she's in our budget though. I love photography so the pictures are VERY important to me, but I'm not sure yet how to convince the FI that they are very important

Ashlynn its a tough one, for us it took about 2-3 months to get our resort situation / ceremony site all figured out and that was a big pain in the bum so by then the hubby to be just said spend whatever to make you happy - think its going to be a different story when we get the full bills for everything, but I figure you only get married once

Haha! I wish my fiance would say that! However he's in finance and is super conservative and budget conscious with money. So he gave me a dollar amount and told me to make it work. I think if I even go a penny over he'll flip

 

You'll have to post your pictures after your wedding - I bet they'll be beautiful!
