When is your wedding date? I know these ladies have like 2-3 wedding every day. It's possible depending on your date they are just prioritizing your emails. I had a time sensitive question that I couldn't get a reply to so I called. It was hit or miss getting someone live vs get their voicemail. But I did get what I need taken care of. If you feel like your question can not wait for a reply, might as well call and see if you can take care of it over the phone. I noticed the best time to get ahold of someone live is first thing in the morning or towards the end of the day. I think that's when they are in the office? I could be wrong, but that's what worked for me. Im sure everything will work out just fine. From what I hear, you will be amazed with how it all falls together perfectly on your big day. We Have Gina and to be honest I am getting very frustrated.  Has anyone contacted their planner directly on the phone without complications?  I haven't tried yet, but waiting forever for email replies is exhausting!  Thanks!!!

As far as the people in the background...I am not sure the photgrapher was trying to capture them but I think it adds to the "ambiance" of the pictures.  I even asked Anel to get the people playing soccer in the photos.

i have requests to photoshop out people gawking in the background, but I think it can add a really interesting and comical element, so I have even focused on some gawkers watching the ceremony in their speedos and bathing suits, that is where they are getting married after all so it's a funny moment to capture

I tipped the waitstaff mostly as they work very hard to make sure you are comfortable.  We are contacting Gina to send her our tip.  I could not catch up to her after our wedding.  If you want to tip her, make sure you get to her immediately after the wedding (which is hard because you will be over the moon...).  Just so you know...it seems that the wedding office is closed on Sundays....we tried to go by to see her the day we left and the office was closed. 

Tip as you feel it is warranted.  Keep in mind, many of the things you will pay for will have a service fee attached to it = gratuity....If the service is outrstanding....tip above that amount....

We had a blast, Dreams does not disappoint, that's for sure. For the TTD session Anel suggested taking us to Puerto Merelos, which is a small town maybe about a 10 minute Drive from Dreams.

Ceremony: 6pm

Cocktail Hour: 7pm

Reception: 8pm
