Me too...I think its a great way to cut on some costs if your colours are the same. I'll be staying for an entire 2 weeks so anyone can let me know if they're interested.

Hi Sarah80, I'm arriving on May 7 and leaving and leaving on May 21st. My wedding date is May 10. We should definatly meet up! Although it is honeymoon time the 2nd week, it might be nice to have another woman to talk to lol

I haven't posted anything for a while and just got caught up on like 40 pages of posts.  This forum is so helpful and has given me so many ideas.  Now that my wedding is less than 4 months from now I am starting to freak out! I noticed that there are a few brides near my wedding date (May 18th). I get there the 16th and leave the 22nd so if anyone is going to be there during that time we should meet up!

If someone has pictures of centerpieces, buffet menu and bouquets can you please send it to [email protected].  I have emailed evangelina but she only likes to answer some of my questions so it is very frustrating.  I read on here that someone numbered their questions so I tried that yesterday so we shall see if she answers them all.

As for invitations, I just placed my order for boarding pass invites through Sproullie Desgins and received back my first draft last night.  Let me just say, 1st try is amazing.  I couldn't be happier with my decision.  I more or less looked through every invite on Etsy to get an idea of what to incorporate and what not.  If you haven't picked your wedding invitation place I would highly recommend going with Sproullie.

SOOOOOOOOOOOO The hotel has themed nights!?  I was not made aware of this like....AT ALL! Are you serious!?  I wonder how I could find out what they may be seeing as how Evangelina WON'T reply to me....GREAT! This is what this forum is for and I'm so thankful for that.  You've actually given me my initiations now...I had no real idea but you've solved a good bit of it. Thank so much.  I found this company called sprouille designs on ETSY....here is the website but they are incredible!

Who are you using for the DJ? I am using the guy through the hotel and he responds to emails VERY quick!

My TA has given us 3 different trip lengths for our guests: 4, 5 or 7 nights. Anyone who books 7 nights will pretty much be on our honeymoon with us! i'm not thrilled with this but i'm unsure of how to approach this? Should I have the TA eliminate the 7 night option all together? The Dude and I will be there for 10 nights and we will certainly want some time to ourselves.

I didn't really think anyone would request to book 7 nights. i assumed guests would know that it's polite to stay 2 days after the wedding tops....but alas, someone has asked to book a 7 night trip. I guess I should take it as a compliment, huh? ;) I mean, on the other hand, I am asking people to travel to Mexico FOR ME (and the dude), so I shouldn't put a limit on their stay if they want to make it a vacation....hmmmmmm.

is anyone else thinking about things like this?
