Hiya,

I went to see the resort at the beginning of November and Yamina said the pricelists wont be available until the end of Dec.

We leave a week tomorrow and Gina still hasn't replied to me...anyone heard from them?  I still haven't heard the end of our DJ dispute, so far they've offered the light up dance floor for free except that they already said we could have a dance floor if it was available. I've been completely happy with their service apart from the DJ issue and now only one week to go and no answers........

Hi everyone....I picked a date--June 3, 2012!  NOW I'm super excited!!

I have been thinking that there are going to be more people there than I had originally anticipated, so I was considering what some people had written about cashing in the cocktail hour for more people at dinner.  As I was telling my step-mom, she suggested we cash in the DINNER for more people/food/time/drinks at cocktail hour, and make that into my reception.  I was thinking I'd rent the dance floor then too.  Bottom line is, with the wedding being at 4:00, everyone can just go to dinner at 7:30 or 8:00.  It bugs me to think of paying for extra people to eat at an all inclusive resort.  It's not the actual dollar amount--it's the principle!

Has anyone thought about doing that?  Any advice--pros or cons that anyone can think of?  I am just starting this so I will take all the opinions out there!!!

Thanks, Katie

I'd cash in your cocktail hour - people can drink at the pool bar for free.  While you and your party/family take pics.  Have them meet back for dinner at 6:30.  People are paying money to fly down there, so I'd consider offering them a nice dinner all together instead.  Just an opinion.
