So Ana finally got back to me!!

Tell me if this makes sense:

I'm getting the Ultimate Pkg and it comes with 50 color photos. I asked her how much is the difference for upgrading to the next package and she said I'd have to pay the FULL AMOUNT of that package!!

 

WTF?? Anyone change their photo package and heard this?

IF you worded your email that same as you did here,I would say she could have easily gotten confused. You ask how much does it cost to upgrade to the next package - do you mean the next wedding package, or to just add more photos to your current package? If you meant the next wedding package, then her response is correct. However, I think you probably meant to ask how much it costs to add x-many photos/video to your current package? Trouble is, it will likely be another month before you have your answer based on her email response time, sorry!

Because Cathy is already getting the ultimate package the question made sense to me. Ana doesn't cut any corners with money. I thought it was silly that If I booked a certain category room or 5 rooms for 3 nights I could get the $799 package for free but I can't deduct $799 from the next package. But alas, one of the many things that has frustrated me with Ana. Hopefully she has some free time and gets back to some of my emails soon!

OH i did not realize the ultimate was the most expensive package (we are going with the free package That makes much more sense then!

Chairs should be included in all packages. But the ultimate package is the only one that has the runner down the aisle. I think I am correct, if not ladies please let me know too.

I noticed you are getting married on the same day as me..
Do you mind if I ask what time your ceremony and reception are?
I'm curious, because I booked our wedding back in October for 5:30 at gazebo. Our dinner/reception are on the pool deck from 6:30 to 9:30 and we are having live music and firedancers on the beach...
I really hope Ana did not book 2 weddings at the same time of day and 2 receptions in the same place..
You and I will be raising some hell with Ana if that is the case..
Please tell me it isn't?
