so sad, I am catching up on the episodes right now and knowing this while watching them go to lunch and hanging all her albums is so sad.

Why did they break up anyway?

I heard that it may have been because of some of her family(didn't want her to marry him) so they were taking a break. Not sure how true that is though.

This is one of my favorite shows.....so sad for Kandi. I did not care for AJ with Kandi, but this is just horrible.

Yes, they broke up in the summer. One of the main reasons may be since her mother didn't approve of Kandi and AJ's relationship. He had six children and they weren't seeing each other for too long before getting engaged.

Do you know if they caught the guy that killed him? The last I heard was they had a description of a "suspect" but didn't have anyone in custody.

Someone was arrested yesterday, not sure if he is still a suspect.

I am confused, I thought he had 4 kids but I keep reading he had 6?

WOW, i watch this show every week! I didn't know they called off the engagement.

 

How sad...Kandi must be in a tough place right now. I like her!

He has six kids...by four different women....one of the reasons Kandi's mother did not have much use for him. Also...in case you did not hear...Kandi is now the legal guardian if his twin 12-year old daughters...she took them in because their mother and AJ felt it would be best for them She took them in although she was no longer engaged to the man and her own daughter reportedly does not get along with them.

Sorry...but I think that Kandi is simply a nice lady and these folks saw an easy mark.
