Any microsoft word specialists?

I have typed what I need for my std letter, but now want to rotate it so I can fit 2 per sheet (letter), and 4 per sheet (travel info)....

I will attach both letters. Please help!!

also, I used a special font- hibiscus.ttf from dafont.com, or email me and I can send it to you.

Otherwise, send me directions and I can do it myself!!!

For the first, open a blank document, click on:

1. file

2. page set up

3. paper size

4. select landscape option under orientation

 

Then insert a table with 2 columns and one row. Copy the original letter and paste it into one of the tables. You will probably have to decrease the font size so it can fit on one sheet. Repeat for the second column of the table.

Thank you soooooo much!!! For some reason, I do not have the "pull down menu" showing in my Word program. Our office manager is having someone fix it on Monday- but I wanted to print these this weekend! I am not very good at this stuff....

I just noticed that when you put more than one "question mark", it adds that confused smiley. I was wondering why it was always added to my post....
