Married and back from RPTB!!!

My Fiance and I are getting married on May 27, 2010 at RPTB. We are in the planning stages with Anne Marie the WC and are quite shocked at all of the extra costs. We have hired Sun Gold and Anne Marie has told us we will have to pay $200 US for a vendor's fee for them to be onsite! We also wanted to hire the reggae band for after dinner and have some dancing and a bar down by the beach. She has informed us that we have to rent a tent at $650 US and pay $250/hr for the bar. I'm fine with paying for the bar but the tent Has anyone else had any similar experiences?

Very cute cake topper! Did you check to see if the tent is required, or if they just recommend it? That does seem like alot just for a tent rental!
