There's a beautiful place called Byodo-In Temple it's a Japanese Temple. I would definitely check it out...I've never been there but it photographs so well. (not sure where your wedding location is and how far it is from the temple)

If you wanted something different then beach, I second the Byodo-In. That is one of the most beautifula nd serene places on Oahu. Also the Pali look out? Windy but with amazing views.

You could also try the Tantalus. It's a park that looks toward the city.
