Congratulations and Welcome to the Forum! I know what you mean - I had a travel agent in Ottawa who never called back after saying she would over and over and I've given up on her completely. I've also decided not to go back to her for anything (she screwed up an upcoming trip and I thought: better know now with just my trip being screwed up than figure it out later when everyone is complaining to me that their trips are all screwed up!)
