How Far In Advance???

Hey Ladies,

 

For those of you that have done real touch flowers for your ceremony, how far in advance did you get your sample pics to see if you approve of the design? What is the usual amount of time given so that changes can be made if needed? My wedding is in Sept so I was just curious when I should expect an email.
