Welcome to the forum Carlymaccabee! You will find tonnes of great info on this site, and there is a whole section on Cuba with lots of info on the Iberostar varadero. I was at a wedding there last November and it was beautiful. The resort is stunning and everything from the food to the staff were top notch. The couple had the reception dinner at the outdoor terrace by the pool and it was awesome. Message me if you have any questions, and let me know if you want any pics...I have tonnes! Congrats!
