I was really worried about it being too hot also...my dress was very heavy and I though I would melt! During the ceremony there was a nice breeze and it really wasn't too bad at all...the only part of me that was hot were my legs(I had a big petticoat on also) Between the ceremony and reception I did a make-up touch up and it was fine. Again during the reception the breeze was still there so it was very comfortable. The only time I was hot was when I was dancing...but hey you have to expect that!

I am so happy for you! You looked so beautiful and happy. I loved your beach reception and they didn't charge you extra for the decorations? That is wonderful! I was concerned about being barefoot on the sand, is it bearable?
