Looks great (except that burnt orange). Gig Em! Just kidding.

 

I think delivering before is a great way to do it. Our guests were mostly from out of state though. But, it would be helpful to have the stuff before so you don't have to think about packing any of those items. I made myself an OOT bag & i take some of the stuff from it every time I travel, like the first aid kit.

teehee!! Football is right around the corner and we are ready!! Good Ol' Texas Football!

I think I will be doing the same thing for the next couple years. I made sure I had a few extras to travel with. I used a lot of things out of our kit on our Cancun trip but I plan on re-filling and re-using! I have a feeling that I will see our friends do the same (we have a crew that travel to different places a couple times a year)

Thanks!! The favorite thing for the Mexico bartenders and waitstaff was the cups. The "Arriba...... " saying is well known and they really took time with our guests teaching them how to do the toast. So not only did they recognize and take care of our guests but they also continually showed them how to do the toast. FUN!!
