Ugh...I've hit a wall.

I love the Windsor Pilates DVD's, they will make your stomach so flat, and tone everywhere else! There is also a thread going around right now for the diet, 'cheat your way to thin' that I'm going to start this weekend. Just to try something new! Good luck!!

Hi everyone! Thanks for all the wonderful advice! I just thought I'd give you all an update since I posted this.

 

I decided to change my diet up a bit...AND I've changed my exercise regime to more intense cardio routines and lots of cardio in between weight training sets. I joined a yoga class (which I LOVE). I took a lot of your advice and it really seems to be working for me.

 

Drum roll please....I've lost 5 lbs in the last 2 weeks...my body fat percentage went down quite considerably too! I am just going to keep pushing through and TRY to stop looking at the numbers so much and just enjoy being more active and fit. 6 months ago, there was no way I could run for 5 minutes straight and now, not only is that easy for me but I can double it without being out of breath.

 

Thanks girls for all of your wonderful advice...it makes me realize that I am not the only one out here who has struggled with hitting a plateau. Please keep posting anything else that may be of help to all of us with the same problem!
