We sent our invites out at 19 months before wedding!!! (We didn't do STD and invites, just one invitation and a website) We have 50 people booked with our TA with 18 months to go- and 2 months remaining on our contracted room block. We were of the mindset that the sooner we could provide our guests with information, the sooner they could save (we are all 30-50, many with kids). It worked out great! We are expecting another 20-30 people to book before September (which would be 16 months before our actual wedding)
