Nooo... Dentist "H-E-Double-Hockeysticks"

AHH! Last year I had to go to the dentist for two (yes TWO) root canals and it was hell (H-E-double-hockeysticks! lol) They're both at the very back, the molars next to my wisdom teeth and it took FIVE hours to finish both, with one washroom break. Now, I've been experiencing slight pain in one of the teeth and I have to have the root canal re-done because they didn't get the entire infection and it's starting to spread again. omg, so painful!

 

I hate the dentist so much, I swear.. when I was on the phone with them this morning, I could SMELL the dentist's office - yea, you all know the dentist office smell! I'm really, really, really not looking forward to this, but I want it done before my trip to Cabo next month, otherwise it might just get worse! So I have a consultation appointment next Wednesday where we'll talk about what will happen and make sure none of the others need any work, and then I have to GO BACK for the root canal. Seriously - torture!

I feel your pain. I had my first root canal last october and it was the worst experience ever. I hate the dentist!!!!

Ooh, I know! It's horrible! Anyone who has had one can hear the drills firing up and can invision that scraping tool thingy they use (lol, clearly I don't know technical names!) ... omg I can feel it right now. Ouch Courtney! Ive never had a root canal, never even had a filling so I have no clue what it feels like, but it cant be good! Hopefully it will be a lot quicker this time!! and omg that smell!! I can smell it now!!

ewe!!!!!!!!!! I came so close to needing a root canal... I feel sooooo sorry for you! Sucks that they did a shotty job the first time and now you have to suffer because of it!

 

Last time I went to the dentist I had 6 cavities! What?! Who gets that many at once? And prior to that I'd had only 1. Sucky!

It always seems that when I think I won't have any cavaties, I have them... and when I think for sure the dentist is going to give me crap, he praises me for good work! lol... wtf?!

Well, he told me when I had it done that they can't guarantee they get it all, apparently the majority of the time they do, but sometimes some of it is missed and the root canal has to be redone. Boo. He's a good dentist though... as far as dentists go! lol
