House of Brides... well it was ok... I guess its the same at all the bridal places though from what ive heard... noone is overly friendly and they try to rip you off as much as you can. Just remember that you can negotiate the price. Mine went down over 100 dollars and I thought the dress was going to be ALOT more than it was. They do have a great selection though!

I'm hoping to do some shopping in March with my BM since my MOH is in Florida and can't really make it up here for this kind of stuff. But my BM is amazing and is taking me to the place where she found her dress first, she said the sales people aren't pushy or rude, then we can try David's Bridal...not really sure what I'm looking for yet so should be interesting.

Thanks everyone! I brought in a few pictures of dresses that looked nothing like this, then when she brought it out and I tried it on.. I knew it was the one Coley - did you visit the paradisus is Punta Cana?? We visited the one in Riviera Maya last month.. really liked it

We aren't doing a site visit, we're just taking a leap of faith that every thing will be amazing. Our family and friends are pretty laid back and aren't too demanding so I'm sure they'll have fun no matter what.

How was the one in Riviera Maya?
