All excellence resort brides

Hi ladies,

 

I posted this on the Excellence Playa Mujeres thread, but its been a bit quiet over there and since the Excellence obviously has a few locations I figured any of you ladies could help me.

I asked my coordinator if she needs to know what my guests would be having for dinner PRIOR to the reception and she said yes. Naturally Im confused because normally the wait-staff asks each guests what they will be having for dinner at the reception.

Did any of you come across this same sitatuion if so, how do you plan on going about this? Will you be adding menu cards to your invitations? sending out emails?

For any brides that have already gottten married I would love to know how you handled it!

You have to pick one of the menu options on the gold or silver package as your reception dinner.

Hi Jewels,

 

You definitely have to pick before hand. You can do menu cards in your invitations and ask them to RSVP with their selections. I only had a few people so I let Yamina know my selections when I arrived at the resort and she made menu cards for me. I didn't send menu choices in my invitation I just sent out an email to my guest as kept track that way. I let them choose between two entrees, everyone had the same salad and dessert. Defintely worth the saving sacrifice you made for them! MY FI even checked them out on his own! lol
