So, I went to book a flight yesterday and it was sooo cheap but we decided to wait til today to book beacause we weren't 100% sure if that was the right day - sure enough when I go to book the same flight today the price is jacked up a few hundred dollars!! So frustrating!! Sorry just had to vent a bit!!

My FI and I are supposed to visit his parents for Thanksgiving (my family gets the other holidays), who live in FL - holy crap it will cost us an arm and a leg for airfare!

I think the closer to the weekend you get the more likely the rates to hike. I hope it goes back down, or did you already book? If not, do what some of these girls suggested and see if you can predict when it'll go down again. Good luck and SORRY!

Happens to me ALL the time!!! Finally my FI said when we see it, just book and no more thinking about it!
