Seriously girls, my tan makes them look better then they are. I love pasta but only eat whole grain pasta, I don't use butter (well very little) and I drink a ton of water. Other then that, just your normal ab workouts. I used to be in MUCH better shape then I'am right now, I tried to get where I was before the wedding but I just couldn't motivate myself as much as I wanted.

Yeah I did, when Cain and I were going for a walk on the beach after our massage (before we parted ways to get ready) he took a couple pics of me in my tank.. I'll find one and post..

Holy crap!! I second the "abs" comments. When I say I have "baby abs" it means I look like I have a 9 month old baby under my abs, not a freakin' 6-pack!!!!!

Here is a cute little tid bit.. The women who was fostering Planeta, owns a surfing magazine in Cabo called Planeta Surf, so she named him after her magazine. :-)
