I am thinking of having a Catholic wedding at the Royal and was just wondering if anyone has seen the Catholic chapel yet and has pictures they can post?

 

Also- I heard the beach at the resort used to be horrible and in this article they say it's been replenished. Can anyone tell me if it's any better than before?

I've seen some older posts about Gran Caribe Real but no new ones. I wanted to get advice on where to have the reception... Also has anyone currently dealt with the WP there? It's included with some of the packages and I was wondering how helpful. Also, wondering if we have to use them for purchasing extra flowers. Thanks everyone!!

I am also planning on having my wedding at the Gran Caribe Real.. Has anyone got married at the new church there? Also, how is the in-house photographer?

If you go to the Real Resorts website, there is a picture of the church under the Catholic Wedding package.

Does anyone have the wedding coordinator (Patty's) email? Is she located on the resort?

I believe there is 2 Patty's that work there but her is the one I had contact with and yes she located on the resort. [email protected]

Hey Everyone!!

 

We are planning our wedding here! In the process of trying to get all the information straight to get married at the waterfront catholic chapel! It's proving to be a little difficult to get answers from the wedding coordinators! We have our deposit down - but have been instructed to contact the church directly to no answers. Our wedding date is April 27th 2010 - deposits are down etc.. Has anyone else been through this process? Any hints/tips when dealing with the wedding coordinators and the church??
