Pain free foot spray or lotion?

I read on a forum (im not sure which one) but the ladies were talking about this lotion or spray that you can put on your feet especially when wearing heels and it helps to keep the pain away.... does anyone know what i am talking about?

Ok I just found it... its called body glide. i did read somewhere that it really helped their feet on their wedding day. i do not wear heels often because my FH is only 2" taller than me. If anyone else has tried this could you please let me know how well it works...thanks

Isn't body glide the stuff atheletes put between their legs on their thighs for chaffing?

I do think that is one of the uses for it.
