Place Cards - IDEAS NEEDED! Please!

I know, I am tempted to just order them so I can quit thinking about it, but I say that about 5 times a day with all the great ideas I see on here!

 

Most days I am so thankful that I found this forum, then there are others when I wish I didn't, cuz there are too many things on here that I learn about and then want to do.

You don't necessarily have to assign seats, but it's nice if you have place cards available, so that when people get to the reception they can mark off their seats and yet still mingle. It allows people to sit where they want, but not STAY seated until dinner. A lot of times people will tip the chair, or do weird things like that. I think a simple card with their name on it works much nicer!

I found this really cute idea in Instyle mag this month-that really is unique. Try finding some flat rocks (try Michaels) and then write the guest names in fancy gold pens on the rock. You can then simply place the rock on the napkin on the table. So easy!

Sorry to hijack, but I was just wondering where you ordered your starfish from? I went to Michael's and they were $4 each which was more than I wanted to spend
