Welcome to the forum! I think April or May would be the perfect time for a DW in Punta Cana. I was just there in June at the Dreams resort and it was really humid. But that resort itself is gorgeous especially if you're interested in having a wedding ceremony at the gazebo. The gardens and landscaping is gorgeous.
