Using The Royal Salon for hair and makeup?

Hi Ladies,

 

I was wondering if anyone has used the salon services for hair and makeup at The Royal in Playa Del Carmen?

 

It sounds so silly but it is the one in only thing I am really worried about. I have heard horror stories. Thankfully none about The Royal yet. I assume you do not get to run a pre-trial?

 

Would love to hear anyones experiences?
