Lots of fabulous wineries in Oregon! I love King Estates - peched on a hill, surrounded by Mountains, but it's in the middle of nowhere kind of - so not super convenient. It's quite beautiful though.

You can check it out on the web. There are lots of other gorgeous wineries though too - I'm just biased.

Have you considered Colorado? My photographer lives there and he does absolutely gorgeous weddings in the mountains all the time.
