She told me that if we have more or less than we expect we can adjust that up to 30 dayd before and they adjust their price to match. We are paying $3,800 for 75 guests. I think that may be a little high compared to other companies but she is well worth it. I don't have to do anything and she has a lot of different vendors that she works with so I am not stuck with only one photographer or florist, etc.
I am also using Natalie from Baja and she is awesome. I have 30 guests and our quote is $1,500. I thought it was very reasonable for us since PB Sunset Beach wanted to charge us $800. for just the day of services! Besides it gives me peace of mind that she is doing everything. All I did was find pictures of things I liked on theknot.com and emailed them to her. I was also given a list of the services when I first contacted her. Their website is Baja Wedding

I am using Emlee at Baja weddings and from the very first e-mail I sent asking questions she has been on top of things! She always responds to my e-mails immediately...which is great considering I am constantly busy and on the computer. She offers really honest advice, which I totally appreciate, and has taken care of bookings without me even having to ask. I didn't do much research on other WCs because most lost me at the first look of their website....Anyways...very happy with our decision. pinkie.gif

I was thinking of using Baja Weddings but they don't take credit cards for the deposit. Is it just me, or is it really odd that a legitimate overseas business wouldn't take credit cards? I just feel like I have no recourse if something were to happen if I wire money or pay with a check.

Any advice?

you might be able to paypal them, I think quite a few of the vendors do that.

Hi ladies...

At Mango Deck, we've worked with Natalie and for what we can say She's awesome, I mean, She came by the restaurant 3 hours before the rehearsal just to see that We were doing it the setting EXACTLY like she draw it, no almost, close or near like.... EXACTLY ...

And my personal favorite... If you decide to go with Baja Weddings, you should go with Adriana, She has made over 250 weddings at RIU (from 2006 until September 2007). She's really good, very professional, you can check her reviews at trip advisor, also, she can mail you all the comments RIU had when she was working there.
