I've done some work in Vegas, and as others have already mentioned, there are some great spots there for portraits. I shot an e-session there recently, and we did the session up at the Red Rocks just before the sun went down. Really stunning! So, you might want to also consider the Red Rocks for your ceremony.

Welcome to the forum Melissa! I'll be getting married in Vegas a month before you at the Wynn. If you are still undecided on a venue for your ceremony, you may want to look into the Wynn. The salons they have are not cheesy and they have some very reasonable packages.
