Need Advise! Dark colored envelopes and labels

I already posted this question on a different thread, but thought I would put it in a thread of its own to see if I got any more responses. I'm at a loss for what to do.

 

I created my own Save The Dates and am going to purchase chocolate brown envelopes. My question is, what type of address label can I use for the recipient address? Initially I was going to use a clear label but then realized that the ink would not show up against the brown paper. I feel like white just might be too white. Any suggestions on the color/style of label that would look good on a dark envelope?

 

I got the return address label from Vista Print and it is a light blue. I will most likely stick that on the back of the envelope.

You could do a wraparound label. Here are some ideas. Once you download them off their site you probably could change the colors to something you want

Depending on your handwriting, you could do a very fine gold (or silver) sharpie pen. The shimmery pen on the dark paper looks really cool.

I do like those. How do you print them on labels? Can you buy labels that size?

Wish I did the wrap around. I did chocolate envelopes and ended up using white labels. It didn't look bad at all. I did the font in brown. And I put the return labels on the back.

You can get full page "shipping labels" at like staples or office maxx. Basically the whole page is a big sticker and you can print on them and then cut them each out and then peel and stick!

I had navy blue envelopes and wrote on them with silver sharpie and it looked awesome!
