If you are flying out of Toronto, Signature vacations is good, but there are better rates with Sunwing, depending on where you are staying. I've done a ton of research on the tour companies so if you let me know what resort you are thinking of, I could help you out. Signature is a reputable tour operator though.

We've booked trips with Signature, Sunquest and Transat Holidays in the past. None of them stand out as being better or worse than the others. I would look at the bonuses that each company has for a group, the days of the week they fly to the destination that you want, and see which airline they are using for the flights you are interested in.
