Thunder Thigh Removal? Lol

I was in cheerleading & gymnastics for years and since I haven't been in it for about 5 years, my once toned legs are not jiggly and I can't stand it! You better believe that I don't want that for my honeymoon! I just don't know what exercises to do to tone my legs up. I don't run--have always hated it & I have a knee that doesn't cooperate. I don't have a gym membership either...I'm just curious what kind of stuff I can do to get the legs toned--I do have dumbbells & weights. Help would be appreciated :)

The session is maybe 20 minutes and your legs get a pretty good burn. After about 2 weeks doing it often I began seeing results. I have a friend who is a dance teacher and she told me about it and she never raves about exercise equipment.

Hmm, good to know. I am going to look into getting one.
Is it hard on your joints at all? I have really bad knees and ankles.

You do it everyday? Ive been running and working out just need to tighten up a bit more :) Does it help the crater butt also?? hehehe

oh honey i'm w/ ya. I have a disease in my knees where they growth plates didn't grow right and makes it painful to run. But the best thighs of my life I got from lunges!!!

 

I use to just lunge around the house, while talking on the phone or going to another room etc. Works wonders!

Lunges using the dumbbells, wall sits, squats one leg or both using dumbbells, and stairs and all of this can be done in your house or even your bedroom. Depending on how inshape you are will depend on where you should start. I would recommend 3 sets of 25 with 5 lbs dumbbells for the lunges and the squats and work your way up or from there. The wall sits i would go for 30 sec 3 times and the stairs I would do for 5 mins 3 times.

I do the video every other day but when I go downstairs and I see I jump on it for a little bit. The video is a mix of 1 min on the machine 1 min lunge the nit ends with some ab work.
