super dumb question... what does OOT mean?

Out of Town bag. it's the little gift or favor for your guests. It's really a way to thank them for making the trip.

It stands for Out of Town bag...something you usually give to your guests for making the trip. There is a thread showing pictures of them somewhere. You can fill them with small gifts, food, drinks...etc. Just a thank you for your guests when they check into the hotel!

I'd never heard it before coming to this site! I guessed based on context, but thanks for asking/clarifying. Haha.
