New House!!!

So we just moved into our new house

 

We met the new neigbors. He is a BAGPIPE INSTRUCTOR.

 

Unfortunately the city doesn't allow him to run his business out of his home anymore.

 

Shouldn't they have to list stuff like this in the home inspection?

Thanks girls:) Can you imagine? I'm sitting on my patio with a glass of wine. I've got an acre lot with mountain views to one side and a lovely sunset to the other, and the sound of a first year student learning bagpipes in the background. LOL!

 

One of my friend's is threatening to get my son lessons for his birthday!

Congrats on the new house....very exciting!! Thank your lucky stars about the bagpipe thing! When we were renting we had people above us that played freakin bongo drums!!! Talk about annoying. They did lessons and then on top of that, they would have "musical get togethers" with pianos, flutes, you name it! Ugh. So happy we have our own house now. lol.
