Help me choose a honeymoon resort in Riviera Maya!!!

I will be booking our honeymoon this week and am torn between two resorts. Please let me know which one you would choose and if you've been to either. My choices are:

 

The Royal Cancun

&

Secrets Maroma Beach

 

Both are gorgeous, which is why I can't decide! Please help!

Haha lol! You actually do have me leaning more toward Secrets! What type of room are you staying in? I seriously think I've looked that the pictures on their website and on tripadvisor like a million times! I'm booking this afternoon, so I will definitely let you know which one I choose!

We're staying in a preferred club ocean view I'm so excited! Seriously cannot wait! We went with this because of the "exterior soaking tub"......I wanted SO BADLY to be able to sit in the hot tub and look out at the ocean! It was $2500 for 5 nights

That's the same type of room I was thinking too! And of course I want a Preferred Club room, mainly for the soaking too, lol! I'm going to the TA right now, so I'll let you know what I book as soon as I get back! I'm so excited!

Good Choice. Secrets Maroma Beach looks amazing.......including with all the reviews on trip advisor. The Beach there is supposed to be really nice!
