Dollar Deals at Michaels

so I ended up going to the dollar store, each centerpiece will cost me $6! including vase. I will post pics tom.

Yikes! The resort I'm going with actually has a centerpiece that they're offering which was nice. They were charging about $35 each, so not bad, especially because it will save me from having to lug everything down with me. I'm still looking around for options here too, but at least that's a back-up plan for now.

I would love to make my own, but I prefer not having to bring even ore stuff down with me... haha and since we are saving money in other places (like with a DJ) we can put it towards the centrepieces.

 

I can't wait to see your arrangements! We have a lot of flowers from there in vases around our home, so I'm sure they look spectacular!

I wish our Micheal's had the travel stuff!

 

I've started just buying extra stuff just in case because it's getting close enough that I can return it before the wedding if less people come.

 

Just a side note, some hotels do not allow you to burn candles in the rooms, so you might find out if your hotel allows it and/or let your guests know that.

Just a heads up - our Michael's had run out of the luggage tags a while ago but now they have them in again - AND they are TWO FOR FIFTY CENTS! I wasn't crazy about the design on them, but for that price I couldn't pass it up! My store had red, yellow, light blue, and black, I think.

The michels by us has 4" Pearl letters in the dollar bins I got our cake topper for $3 dollars and the letters for bride to put on my do not enter sign

Our Michaels had all the travel stuff on sale for 40 cents each. Picked up a bunch of the playing cards, travel candles, and monogram luggage tags for my bridesmaids. What a deal!
