has any past brides been soo lucky to get the room upgrade to the 2 storey suites?or has anyone paid to upgrade?i am thinking of doing this but am wondering of the cost and wondering what are the chances of getting the free upgrade?any advise would be very much appreciated.

 

when we booked our ta said when they stayed there they asked at the reception desk and they were all full.

Hi Shelk- I actually just booked it just to be safe. I heard it go both ways, where some automatically got upgraded and then others that didn't. I do think that when I booked though my TA said that they upgraded me to that room for no extra cost (if I remember correctly). If you're worried about it, I would mention it to your TA now and see how much extra it would be to upgrade, so you don't have to worry about it being done when you arrive.

I am with Katie! We booked the two story suite because with our luck they would say that it wasn't available for the free upgrade.
