It's Official!!! We got our certificate!

 

Our wedding took place January 28, 2009 (Varadero, Cuba) we received our certificate yesterday June 18, 2009 here in Ontario...

 

How long did you wait for your certificate?

Yay, congratulations now you can officially change your name. I am sure you know this, but it only took me 3 months to get mine. But since a lot more weddings take place in Varadero than Holguin I am not surprised that it took you longer and I don't think 5 months is all that long.

I got mine almost exactly 3 months after the wedding even though they told me I would get it in 60 days. Oh well! Congrats on getting yours Amy!!

It's only been 2 months since ours so I'm hoping it will come this summer.

Name changing is DONE... it was done within the first month... I used the 'non-official' certificate they sent us home with. The only thing I have left is my passport... need to get that pic retaken!
