Hi,

I emailed a long time ago (I think the WC is Claudia) and have not heard back from them. I am starting to get nervous. I looked on the website but the only phone number listed is the 800 number. DOes anyone know if there is a direct number in Mexico I can try and if so, what that number is?

I have only corresponded with Claudia through email. She often takes awhile to respond bc of the number of weddings they have there per week. How long has it been? Maybe you can try to re-send the email? When I was trying to book my date there, I had my travel agent email/call her and she got in touch with her quickly.

i'm experiencing the same thing:) only because my wedding is not until june of next year did i not have a mini panick attack:) lol! if anyone does managed to get a number would you mind posting? as well i'd love a fax number for claudia.

 

what is the best way to send a confirmation on deposit? fax/email??

It is always a struggle to get a response from Dreams. The wedding coordinators are totally over worked and have weddings almost every day. I found that when I was ready to discuss details, it was just easiest to call. I am sure you could call the hotel and asked to be transferred to Claudia. My wedding coordinator is Cecilia and I have her number. Not sure if that would help if you are working with Claudia. Here's the main number: +52 (99 8 48 70 00. They will transfer you to Claudia's extension.
