Anyway, are you planning on using the 8-person round tables? If so, just figure you'll need 10 tables. Make your seating arrangments and placecards before you leave. Then just arrange the table #s at the reception. i.e. put your #1 wherever you'd like all the people with #1 placecards to sit, etc.
On another note...don't you think we should get free accommodations or something since we are bringing so many people to the resort?!?!? :)
I do think we should get a free room! Its the least they could do for us doing all their work!! Thanks for the table numbering advise. I had no idea they were 8 tops. I guess I was making that one harder than neccessary :)

Jilly - I choose the surf and turf too, along with the rum butter chicken. I hope they are good! I know the "surf" is shrimp, but who knows how it will taste. The Fi did have a steak on our scouting trip and he liked it..so we will hope for the best. Honestly, chicken is chicken is chicken, so I'm not too worried about that!

Susan - My wedding is most likely going to wind up being around the same size as yours. I'm using a travel agent for the all the wedding planning/travel booking and they have told me that they will credit us $5 for each room booked per night. With approximately 80 guests that can add up to a nice credit. Of course this a credit from the travel agency not Dreams but if you're using an agent maybe its something to ask about.

we had the surf and turf and it was great! It seems the food for the wedding was better than what was served at the restaurants. The Seaside Grill also has an entree called 'surf and turf' but it was slightly different than the one served at the wedding. My dad is a picky steak-eater and he loved it. Here is a pic that Claudia sent me of the food.
