I finally got a confirmation that my wedding will be April 20, 2010 at GBP. I had emailed photosouvenir a couple months ago to see if they had the date free and they did at the time. They said they would let me know if people started booking around that time and to get in touch with them as soon as I knew the date for sure. Well I emailed them 2 weeks ago, didn't get a response, so I emailed them again last week and still haven't heard. How long did it take for them to get back to you for those of you that have used them. I don't want to miss out because they take amazing pictures. Should I try calling instead?

From personal experience, I know the internet goes down from time to time, so if you want to ensure your message is rec'd phoning is a good alternative.

Having said that, even with internet interruptions, it rarely takes more than a day or two to get back up and working........your call. Sounds to me like they may not have rec'd your emails.

We've learned to use a back-up for the back-up here - relating to pretty much everything.......it's the good ole DR - hhaha
