Does this email to my guests encouraging them to book sound too pushy

I think that sounds great, not pushy at all. You are just simply reminding them of when the sales end and about getting their passports before it is panic time for them. I would think they would be thankful for the reminder as in life we get busy and tend to lose track of time. Good luck!

That's awesome Jen! If I were going to someone's DW I would LOVE to get an email like that, and I'll definitely have to keep that in mind for when I need to be sending info out about booking. Not too pushy AT ALL.
