Great thread! I have a lot of awesome moments:

1) My dad coming to my room as we were finishing getting ready and telling me that I looked as beautiful as the day I was born.

2) DH's first sight of me and his inability to catch his breath

3) Dedicating my bouquet to my 80 year old grandma (my grandparents travelled with us for the week) - there wasn't a dry eye in the house

4) watching my Army BIL who has driven a tank in Bosnia blubber and cry during his speech and say sorry for being a blubbering idiot.

5) Having the most amazing week with all the most important people in our lives.

I'm totally blaming you all when I get fired for doing absolutely no work! Ha ha, just kidding, but I am totally obsessed with BDW ever since I found it and am so not motivated to do any work - I want to look at wedding stuff!!! wink.gif Thanks so much for sharing such wonderful memories, I'm getting all teary reading them and can only hope that I have ones that are just as special after my wedding. Please keep them coming so I can continue not working LOL

My favorite moment: My bro walked me down the aisle because my dad died when I was 13, so I told him he better have some good one-liners for the long walk cuz it was a little emotional without my dad. Just as we were about to walk, a bunch of our guests began pointing at the sky above the gazebo and my song began playing: somewhere over the rainbow and there was a rainbow directly above the gazebo where my honey was waiting for me!! A message from my Dad? I like to think so!

I have 2...and they are equal so really I can't pick:

(1) being super nervous before the ceremony and my dad holding my hand and saying it was going to be ok. I felt like a little kid again.

(2) getting to the end of the aisle, seeing Michael all emotional, and for some reason all I could think of to say was "hey buddy how's it going?"....made him laugh and he wasn't nervous anymore...which was good but I was still dying inside.
