Bubble Wands - Is This True?

I wanted to use bubble wands instead of throwing rice confetti as we leave the church but I came across this on Wedding Supplies - Wedding Favors - Wedding Supplies Sale. Not sure if this is true or not so I wanted to see if anyone has heard the same thing or has had experience in this:

Ok where are yo getting married. Is there are Kmart Walmart or a Costco there where you can pick them up when you arrive?

well if that is true, it means that ALL bubbles in all of the world are created and shipped in the same island/country/etc as the location... I would GUESS that bubbles can be shipped by air, but I"m having a heck of a time actually finding proof somewhere!!!!

I don't think this is true because bubbles are really just soap - they're not like soda (which incidentally can be shipped via air). I wouldn't worry about it - I think it should be fine. Or you may just want to choose another manufacturer.

I think your best bet would be to contact your TA or airline you are using and ask them to make sure.

But most of the time when I buy my son bubbles they say MADE IN CHINA so they are shipping them....but I guess it could be on a boat, so now I dont know! LOL

Ok, I have no clue about this---- but wanted to echo Jaime by saying hello, I'm in Dallas too---- and a group of us from on here are getting together next week, if you'd like to join us---- Honestly, I'm a space cadet right now and don't remember what day it is, but if you "Search" for "DFW Meet-up" you'll probably find the thread with all the details....

I would say just to be safe, carry them on board with you since that is pressurized

You can't carry a lot of liquids on board with you anymore can you?! I'd be afraid they'd red flag it and take it away!

At my friend's wedding in the bahamas thhey passed out bubbles. It was on a tiny island and there is no doubt in my mind that these were checked in someone's luggage because you had to take a commuter flight over and you basically couldn't carry on anything but...

 

Weirdly enough this website seems to be saying the same thing... strange.
