a 41 is a size 9.

 

I have the hotpink slip ons that I wore for my wedding up for sale on ebay for $300.00. They are a size 41. I purchased them for $600.00 off of ebay as well.

I am a ten. I can get into them but they are too tight! there is another girl on here who is a 9.5 and the 41 fit her...
