For any one who cares,

 

The real one is by Roberto Coin - part of the Tiny Treasures collection.

 

I was in Carlyle & Co. getting some jewelry cleaned and saw it. Super cute! 2 versions of it one is $600 and the other is $1400, I think. Set in 18k WG. THe smaller is about 1/5 ct and the larger is about 1/2 ct.
