I was doing the squat's, but being very active as a kid with figure skating, cheerleading and swimming I feel like doing those I'm also working my thigh's, just is the last thing that needs to get worked out. I sit on my butt all day, squzzing them together wont do me any good lol!!!

I'll stick the squat's see what happens!

Hmmm... *pushes up glasses while shushing unruly patrons* you are looking for the "glute raise" according to Matt Roberts book tight abs and buns. You might want to google it to get the idea, but it's kind of an all fours thing while you raise one leg backwards. Lol....

this will officially be the weirdest thing i'll ever post on BDW... make a concious effort to squeeze your buns when you push up when you're doing squats. if you're doing lunges, when you push up, keep your weight in your heel on the foot that is out in front and that will help target your glutes.

 

you can also channel the "call on me" video where you lay on your back with your knees bent and lift your hips and squeeze. i love exercises i can do while also watching tv! :)

I definitely need some Butt work!! I don't know about the rest of you smokin' hot Brides-to-Be on here, but I'm not getting younger and weight loss is getting harder and harder!! Toning is the big thing, as I've been aging I've come to terms that I will probably not be the same size I was when I was 25 - I could be, but that would just take way too much effort! Being a Mom has relaxed my obsession with being thin, lol - although for anyone planning on having a family in the future - Breastfeeding is the BEST DIET ever!! Just don't ever stop lol!!, I need all thighs and butt work, I was lucky enough to be spared any stretch marks and my stomach is back to being flat! It's just hard to find any amount of time in the day to give to my workouts! Mostly if I get a free moment I choose a nap instead!! lol

Now if I could just find exercises that would work while I was sleeping!
